This app is published on the App Store under the name Stockholm Art Events and is used to support Club Nexus, an immersive event experience operated by Stockholm Art Events.

André Eriksson is the legal holder of the App for App Store distribution purposes.
Stockholm Art Events is responsible for operating Club Nexus events and experiences.

We collect only the information required for the App’s core functionality.

• Username chosen by the user

• Profile image uploaded by the user

• Character selection within the Club Nexus experience

• In-app chat messages sent by the user

• Attendance during event

We do not require real names, email addresses, or phone numbers to use the App.

We do not collect payment information, location data, or browsing activity.

Chat messages are stored only for the purpose of enabling in-app communication and moderation during the event.

 

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected in the App is used solely to enable its core functionality.

Specifically, this information is used to:

• Create and display user profiles within the App

• Enable in-app interaction and role-based experiences

• Facilitate in-app chat between users

• Support moderation and maintain a safe environment

User information and in-app chat content are used only within the App to support its functionality and moderation.

All user data is automatically deleted within 72 hours after the event concludes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Because user data is automatically deleted within 72 hours after each event, most data-related requests will be resolved through this automatic deletion process.
